The curriculum creates clear objective assessments for the players and coaches that guide the training and development of the players with checks and balances to ensure that players are receiving and mastering the fundamental skill sets appropriate for that age and level. Each player is assessed and given very clear feedback in a portfolio that outlines strengths and development areas and then sets goals for them to achieve until the next assessment a few months later.
On the team side the curriculum challenges the team to understand tactically the goals of the group and gives the players transparent expectations that focus on development for long term success of the program.
